Best Use of Mascaras
Have you noticed that Mascaras never clump when you try them at makeup counters, but when you bring them home they start clumping your lashes after a few applications? The reason is simple. The Mascara start accumulating and building up on the mascara brush, reducing the ‘combing’ capability of the brush. The foundation is to completely wipe the mascara brush with a clean tissue after every 4-5 times of use. You will notice that your mascara will perform as it did the first time you used it!
Another common mistake it using too much mascara. Like all makeup products (Lipsticks, Blush, eye-shadow), mascara should be used in layers. You start with a little and build up from there. This means that after the first coat of mascara, let your lashes dry about 30 seconds, and apply with what your mascara does of you in 2 coats, as it’s time to change to a different of brand.
